What is this crazy trading strategy?

I was watching a guy day trade using his own system that he claims he created and the accuracy of his trading is ridiculous.

I screen captured one of his trades. He entered when his screen looked like this.

Then a few minutes later he closed the trade here.

And he does this throughout the day just watching these stocks and waits for the spread between his "predicted price" and the current price to be high enough for him to take profit. It seems likes he only looses 1 out of every 50 trades or so. This strategy is insane do you know what he is using to do this?
