Hello everyone. I'm 21 years old, and I haven't begun investing yet, I've just been doing some initial research. I have a very basic and probably nooby question - when analyzing financial ratios of a company, is it best to do it yourself from the 10k or do a lot of people use sites that do it for you? For example I noticed the site zacks.com has a lot of ratios already calculated out for you with yearly trends and graphs. Is it less reliable to use a site like this? The reason I ask is because it seems like you could save a lot of time if you do not calculate them out yourself.
