Struggling to find an ideal platform (UK)

I have been trying to find a good swing trading platform and I am struggling. My ideal platform would be one that has:

1. 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 6 month/1 year time frame charts.
2. Offers at least EMA, SMA, RSI, boliinger bands that are adjustable.
3. Can set price alerts and watchlists.
4. Has candlestick charts.
5. Have a horizontal line drawing tool.
6. Free to use.
7. It doesn't need to be able to execute orders as I use the comission free trading 212 to do that

I have tried yahoo finance which has 1. and 4 but no EMA or 3. and I have tried TC2000 which has 1.,2.,3.4., but not 5. I live in the UK so I cannot use Robinhood or Ameritrade.

You can suggest platforms that are low price so any help is appreciated
