Day Trading with Fidelity

Can someone explain to me the day trading rules in laymen's? I've been looking around for a straight forward answer, but can't seem to find one. Should I open another account with a different brokerage to day trade?

VSLR opinions?

I'm currently in for 2000 shares @3.04/share. Is this something that you'd sell and move into something else. I've been holding it for about 6 months now.

I think the company has strong financials and I have no doubt they will rebound.
