Ukraine and Crimea issue is heating up, but are the investors really worried? How big of an issue can it be on monday?

So i read the following update on Yahoo http://ift.tt/1p245xi

Personally i read and learn that Crimea will most likely join Russia (given that at least 40% of inhabitants are russian) so that may indeed lead to further sanctions. But i dont see everyone being on a hype about sell-off and downturn. The markets crossed below the 20 day moving average and had several red days already. Anyone else pulling the plugs on their high risk investments?
