Could you tell your stance on this position?

I'd like to purchase 14 contracts of TSL May 14 $13 Calls @ $0.32 a share. TSL seems oversold and with upside potential. I'm a first-time investor, and I would appreciate your response. I'm also watching ALLT and CAMP if you'd like to discuss them.
