Why did Lumber Liquidators stock go up after being fined for using wood from Asia?

I am just confused and was looking for understanding. I am a very very small time investor just starting to get involved in trading. I was interested on what would cause the stock to go up with this instead of down? Is it because it was such a small fine and people were expecting more? Is it due to the coverage (no coverage is the only bad coverage)? Am I being cynical in thinking that most people would want to invest in a company that is morally superior and would this make me a bad investor? Just trying to understand.
