A noob's question about whether to sell stock with the market's decline...

All of my stocks are on the decline, which looks it's reflecting an overall ebb in the markets. I started investing on Robinhood, with the purpose of getting a feel for trading. I only invested about $1000. I have mostly tech stocks (Apple, Facebook, GoPro, Twitter, Turtle Beach) and a couple pharmaceutical stocks ($TTNP, $AMPH). I've lost about 7% of my initial investment all together (Apple taking up a good chunk; Facebook has helped subdue a bit). At the moment I'm not investing long term (years). I know Apple, Twitter, and GoPro are going to eventually ascend again. My question is, should I sell my shares now before they devalue anymore," then start to re-buy shares when the market's seems to bounce back? I'm figuring I'm gonna get some hate if this happens to be a stupid question. I'm just trying to learn.
