How do these sub services, on Twitter, get away with charging people for stock tips & trading advice, if they're Not REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISORS ?? According to the SEC, anyone charging a fee for ANY type of investment advice, MUST be a Registered Investment Advisor !!
