OSI Systems - an American company based in California that develops and markets security and inspection systems such as airport security X-ray machines and metal detectors, medical monitoring and anesthesia systems, and optoelectronic devices. As of June 2010, the company employs approximately 3,180 personnel globally and includes subsidiary companies Spacelabs Healthcare, Rapiscan Systems and OSI Optoelectronics.
A friend recommend this stock to me, I like how the graph looks, there's a nice dip from December that brought the stock down $15 because the company was accused of fraudulent and corrupt activity by the short selling hedge fund, Muddy Waters.
What are your thoughts? The graph is stable now, might crank up soon given that everything else under the sun has popped off in the new year.
