EU stocks look cheaper than US, opinions?

When I started comparing EU blue chips vs US ones (S&P 500 vs EuroStoxx 600) I came the conclusion that EU valuations are considerably lower and Divident Yields are higher.

As a value investor I'm tempted to enter some EU positions for example (Nestle, Novartis, ING) because average p/e is like 15, and div yields are atleast 5%.

If there's someone here that invests in EU market, please share your opinions on which are the best value stocks.
