I’m a 22 year old making about 50,000 a year. I plan on investing 50 dollars a week aside from the 50-60 a week I invest in my 401k. I plan on getting into real estate investing this year by way of fix and flips, so I would like to stay away from real estate stocks. I’m looking for help with a diverse portfolio that still has potential for good growth. So far I have VTI and QQQ. Don’t have much knowledge on International or Bonds. High dividend stocks? Tell me what you guys think. Thank you!
