Hey I am a new investor,
What metrics do you guys use to value the overall market. I hear people say the market is over valued and that is part of why a recession might be coming, so how is overvalue determined. For example if the P/E ratio of the S&P 500 is over 20 that is high and below 10 is a bargin?
So ya how is the market valued and at what point would everyone say its overvalued and at what point would everyone say they want to buy as much as they can.
