I've got some money I'd like to invest in Vanguard ETFs? Should I wait for a dip or go ahead and invest?

I say this because there is the new uncertainty with the new administration taking office. And Trump is more of an uncertainty than perhaps any incoming President we've had. I've been looking at VOO specifically and I'm just not quite sure if now is the right time. Any insight would be appreciated.
