I have been watch the ticket tape very closely. I have noticed that when stocks go up in a sector a certain percentage then most of the stocks get cut by a small percentage and then there is a sector rotation and stock go up in another sector and then they a cut by a small percentage. How could I tell if there is a algorithm that is skimming. It looks like possibly 2 algorithms at work. Does anyone else see this?
