Beginner Question : What does letters after company name in symbols means?

Hello,

I'm new to market and as title say, I'm wondering whta letters after company symbols means. For exemple, if I look for Toronto Dominion bank, there is 4 differents symbols : TD, TD.PF.A, TD.PF.B and TD.PF.C
