I am wondering where you guys start. I usually hear about a stock on one of the many subreddits pertaining to stocks. I realize this is not a very trustworthy starting point, and I am looking for alternatives. What variables do you pick up on that might lead you to a stock of interest? Once you have a stock that you are interested in, what are some of the things that you look for?
I am aware that there is info pertaining to this on investopedia; I am wondering what your process is personally.
