Hello, 2 weeks I opened my very first investment account. It wasn't very much, but started with $450. even though I work at a bank, no advisor is going to meet with me over $450 so I recently discovered this reddit page. Now im not asking for someone to tell me invest in this company, but if someone can explain to me the pros and cons of mutual funds vs individual stocks etc? As of now I just went through the typical Schwab recommended but other then that I don't really have a whole lot of ideas on what companies to put my funds into.
