Why are the companies "Experts" are mixed on or against doing better than the ones they are more favorable on?

Companies like UAL, AMD, Disney, Tesla, etc.

Like if you picked against the "experts" this year you're probably doing better than most.

PLAY is the only one I have that the "experts" were actually right about doing well.
