What happens if i buy a large amount of shares at three times more price than current market???

hi there, I'm new to stocks so I hav this question. suppose the average volume of a company is 1 million. and per share is sold at 0.5 so if I bid 1.5 per share and buy about 600-700k shares what happens??? does the overall stock price rise? and even if it rises how long will it stay that way???
