Why does Lehman Brother's stock still listed on the market? And weirdly volatile in it's worth of pennies?

I searched for Lehman's stock out of curiosity and was curious if someone had any insight as to why it still exists?

It's worth a whole 11¢, but it's been up and down a few pennies every month or so.
