any REIT holders care to explain their position

looking into a solid REIT for dividends and possibly growth; hell any dividend stock worth acquiring would be appreciated; my searches have left me with failing companies and bullish charts (which idk why, but i fear). any explainable recommendations will be thoroughly investigated and appreciated; trying to avoid the AAPL and GOOG type drama
