Snap Inc. Initial Public Offloading, is that the IPO you’re buying?

Of the $2.4 billion Snap Inc. spend this quarter, almost $2 billion was attributable to stock-based compensation expense. A ton of that employee stock was vested, making investors weary. Should investors consider the Snap Inc. IPO as an initial public offloading? It seems so, early investors cashed out portions of their investments and executives of the company were awarded $750 million in stock for achieving the IPO.
