Impact of Biotech 3x etf
Looks like dexerion just released 3x biotech etf. This would allow non margin accounts to hold bigger positions. As a result, is now a good time to be long biotech?

Not American... What are my options and the required procedures for investing in the stock market in America? [Question]
I live in the middle east, where market conditions and regulations are very unfriendly and poses a very high risk. I am looking to invest into stocks rather that safer alternatives. What are the chances of investing in America for foreigners, in terms of paperwork, taxes, and banking?

Stocks I'm watching tomorrow, 4/5/15
Hey y'all!
Just gonna do a quick list tonight since I did two back to back mentoring sessions and I'm freakin beat, lol. Relatively nice day today...my only trades were VLTC long at 8.40 in the morning which was a 15c loss and BRLI long in the afternoon $38.34 for an 82c gain. I admit I did break one of my rules regarding no trading between 12pm and 3pm on BRLI butttttt I couldn't resist it! I know I know, BAD chris! Anyway it was a nice day and I am using the BRLI trade as an example for that particular setup to define criteria which will maybe be used to expand my possibilities in the middle of the day, since it was actually a really nice trade despite the fact that I had to break my rules to make it, lol
Anyway, only thing I see worth watching tomorrow is ATRA over $43.50. This breakout has been a long time coming and it's very clean intraday, though I probably won't trade it because it's technically against my rules, being only 200k avg volume. I will likely just focus on whatever has news in the morning since that's all that seems to be moving anyway!
Lastly, I sold my TCPI swing today from $4.05 at $4.75 and $4.54. I planned on holding the 2nd piece longer but the market looked pretty fugly to me into the close and TCPI was closing very weak so I decided to just can it and take the money. I can always rebuy it in a couple days.
