What sectors are you looking at?

So I've got a little bit of experience in the stock market from messing around in the stock market for the past two years in college. I've really just focused on investing in oil, which has worked out well for me, but I'm looking to branch out. I've currently got an uninvested $49,000 extra that is completely investable.

If $SUNE does not receive the funding for the Vivint deal because of its contract issues, does this mean that the value of $SUNE will go up because they can restructure their dept and focus of revenue.

Also if Vivint walk's away from the deal, would this also not raise the value of Sun Edison? The only downside seems like bankruptcy if Vivint says "no bro we had a deal, see you in court" which seems unlikely at this point.
