I'd say it's a major buy at the moment. They're very well established, and while the publishing industry is an obvious decline, I think Houghton will be around for at least a few more years.
Thoughts? I've already had a bit of luck buying into them a few months ago resulting in modest profits, prior to their recent earnings report which was unfortunately abysmal.
