Does anyone know how soon the expiration date should ideally be if one plans to buy options and sell them within the same day or the next two days? I am not that new to charts and stocks but am struggling to understand how to tell if a current call or put is a good price. I do know longer calls and puts are more expensive and the cost of time is added to the difference of the strike and current price.
