For instance, Dollar Tree today had its ER scheduled for 8:30 AM. Yet Market Watch sent out a bulletin about 7:45AM stating DLTR had missed earnings and had poor forecast. I missed the bulletin and got crushed. Are ERs confidential until market open or are they accessible immediately upon release? If so, where do you get it?
