a place to learn next to successful traders/companies?

Hello! i'm a 16 year old and just recently i got into the world of investing and trading. mainly in the forex market. it interests me and the main reason i'm looking into it is because it's unlike anything i've ever seen before. things like economics and money used to be very confusing to me when i was little, so i have lot's of curiosity about how the market works and how the price of currency pairs/shares/commodities move.

anywho, the reason why i'm posting on this sub is because at my highschool, i'm allowed to do an internship for the summer at any place of interest! i really want to get closer to the economics world/investment world so i was wondering what a good place to internship at would be. would something like a hedge fund be a place to internship at? should i just look for a successful trader to work for?
