Amazon is building a ~2million sqft warehouse in Spokane right now. I work at a hotel and alot of the construction guys talk about how they are paying a huge amount to get a 3-5 year long job, done in about 8 months. Is something like this going to effect the stock price alot? Obviously yes, because they become more efficient in the long run. Im wondering if it will spike when the building is up and running, or will it take time to grow?
